MY OTHER ACTIVITIES

Beyond coding, I have many interests that keep me inspired and motivated. Here are a few of my passions:

DRIVEN BY MUSIC

With the beginning of primary school, I started private piano lessons, which I continued for 8 years. During this time, I also took up the drums, which quickly became my favorite instrument. After a few years of playing, my father invited me to join his project Russe Jazz Syndicate as a percussionist and now, actively performing with the band.

In the beginning of 2020, with the Covid lockdowns, I began a new hobby which quickly turned into a passion - music production and recording. I started learning how to use a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), began experimenting with my own music and compleated a bunch of courses for microphone placement, mixing and mastering, etc. Over time, I developed my skills and now I produce music, record all of our concerts and I'm responsible for most of the technical details for our shows.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to perform at various artists, including names like Veselin Koychev, Miroslav Turiyski, Boris Petrov, Mihail Yossifov, and many others. I've also worked in production and recording with Valdi Totev, Dimitar&Hristo, Alexander Slavchev, but one of the highlights of my career was performing at 'Russe Jazz Fest' 2023.

TEACHING ROBOTICS

Since 2021, I've been involved in teaching robotics to children aged 6-12 at the Robopartans school of robotics in Ruse. This experience has been incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to share my passion for technology and inspire the next generation of innovators. Teaching young minds has not only helped me grow personally but also reinforced my own understanding of robotics and programming.

Working with kids has taught me patience, creativity, and the importance of making learning fun and engaging. It's amazing to see their excitement when they build and program their own robots, and I'm proud to be a part of their educational journey.

PROJECTS AND EVENT ORGANIZATION

Throughout my life, I've always been passionate about organizing events. From a young age, I took the initiative to help my dad with various events and from the beginning of 2025, I am officially part of the non-profit organization 'Russe Jazz Collegue', where I assist in organizing jazz events in Ruse. My technical skills have been particularly useful in this role, as I help with the setup of the sound equipment, recording and managing the event's online presence.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to organize and participate in various projects. One of the most notable projects is 'Jazz Alley Ruse', where I contributed with my technical skills to implement QR codes on each star on the alley, providing information about the artists.
